What happens during an Infrared Sauna session?

Make sure you are well hydrated before going into the session.

Drink a glass of water prior to your session.

Choose your temperature. The average sauna ranges from 100F-160F.

Beginners should start off at a lower temperature and you can always increase the temperature each session until you reach 160F.

Sauna sessions are set for 30 minutes, but you can start off at 10-15 minutes if you are a beginner.

There is a timer in the sauna, so you will know when your session is done.

How you dress is a choice. We prefer you go in with a towel or a robe. But it’s up to you and your comfort level. No socks or shoes.

While you are in your session you can relax, mediate, listen to music.

Do not fall asleep because you do not want to be in over your session time.

After your session is over, take your time getting dressed and cooling off.

Drink plenty of water.

Sauna sessions are recommended to do 3-4 days a week.

It is safe to use daily if you can tolerate up to 4 days a week.
